The S680 has a sturdy feel, used with tough plastic material garnished with chrome accent to the side and keys. And having a 1.8-inch (approximate) touchscreen LCD, a stylus is included and is located at the lower right corner. It has a microSD card slot located beneath the SIM slot wherein you have to remove the battery cover. Make sure you take out the stylus first before prying open the cover.
It has a built-in 1.3-Megapixel camera wherein the resolution can be set from 176x220 pixels up to 1280x1024 pixels for still photos, and has video recording functions on a VGA resolution. There’s no secondary camera for video calls though, and no built-in flash for the camera.
The shutter button is located on the right side of the phone. Just a tap on this button while the phone is on standby brings you to the camera function. By the way, the camera lens doesn’t have an autofocus feature so there’s no need to do a half press on the shutter button. You can also press the center of the navigation keypad to capture or record photos and videos.
