1. Who can avail of the delivery service?
CgeNa offers free domestic shipping in partnership with WWWExpress. This means all buyers and recipients residing in the Philippines are entitled to avail of it.
2. How long does the shipping take?
Order shall be processed after a day of placement. Item should be delivered within 2-3 days or depending on your location.
3. Is delivery FREE?
YES! Shipping is absolutely free. Item/s purchased will be delivered to your door step within 48 hours upon receiving of payment. See Serviced Areas List
4. Can I change my mailing address?
YES and NO. Before or during confirmation, mailing address can still be altered. However, once item is already in transit, mailing address can never be changed.
5. Can I refuse to accept the item if broken?
YES. Recipient has the right not to accept the item if damaged as long as the courier뭩 presence is still available. CgeNa will not consider claims of damaged item upon delivery if it has been checked after courier has left the area. In this case, please go to the nearest Nokia Care Center.

13. Can I cancel an order after it has been submitted?
Yes. If for any reason you may want to cancel your order, you may do so via your account with CgeNa. In your Shopping Cart, you will see Cancel button to withdraw your order. However, items in-transit may never me cancelled.
14. How do I pay for an item?
How you pay for an item depends on the payment methods accepted by CgeNa and accessible to you. Right now, customers may only pay via Bank Deposit. Below are detailed instructions for paying thru our affiliated banks.

15. Why do I have to confirm after payment?
It is to ensure receipt of payment. CgeNa needs the transaction number for your order to be processed.

Personal checks are traceable to a particular mailing address. You have to provide proof of payment and require a clearing cutoff.
