Customer Identity
This service is offered worldwide. CgeNa is available and may only be used by entities who can legally be involved in a binding contract. Hence, those who are under 18 years of age will not be allowed to partake in the bidding and purchase of items.
You must be a member of CgeNa to participate in the bidding and purchase online. Customers must have a valid and complete contact information and valid email address.
CgeNa Items
Items being sold in CgeNa online store are authentic Nokia products. These products come with 12-month (1 year) Limited Warranty from Nokia Care Centers.
CgeNa management is the only seller authorized to provide items for the online bidding. Therefore no other body shall be allowed to post an item for bid.
Placing Order
Prior to placing an order or bidding on an item, make sure that the payment options will work for you. Consider important factors like proof of payment, convenience and ease, liability coverage and security.
Once declared as the highest bidder on the set cut-off-period, you are mandated to finish the transaction by purchasing the item. Withdrawal of bid, especially once declared as the highest bidder, is strictly outlawed not unless the system itself encountered technical issues or it falls under considerable reasons for retractions. Members, on the other hand, who placed an order in our online store, are expected to finish the transaction within 36 hours or, the transaction is considered void.
Upon placing an order, our system generates a reference number. This reference number must be secured for tracking orders. CgeNa Customer Representative will verify details from the buyer. CgeNa will contact the buyer through the information specified in the system while signing up with CgeNa, so make sure that the information is correct and updated. The customer shall provide the reference number and shall be instructed on the payment method. Changing address and/or name of recipient is NOT allowed once confirmation phase has been completed.
Purchase
Once the item has been identified or won in the bidding process, purchases can be made. This is the event when the buyer agrees and conforms with the terms and conditions applicable to acquiring the item.
CgeNa's online store and bidding is offered worldwide. However, FREE DELIVERY is within the Philippines ONLY. All payments are made via bank deposit (BPI, Metrobank, Allied and BDO) until further announcement. If you need to pay by check, consider the clearing cutoffs.
Payment in advance is required for the order to be processed. The buyer is expected to accomplish payment within 36 hours or, in valid cases, prior arrangement with CgeNa is made. The 36 hours processing will only be instituted unless, otherwise, confirmation of payment is accomplished. Failure to do so means automatic cancellation of order. However, if payment is made, buyer is requested to confirm payment to CgeNa.
Payment
Payment confirmation can be made through fax, email, phone call, SMS and Tiririt Website. CgeNa will have to verify the transaction number found in the electronic receipt provided by the bank upon deposit. You should keep it for future verification of your purchase if needed. You own the product or products once we have received payment in full. Until then, the ownership of the product or products remains with CgeNa.com.
Return of Payment
Deposits are non refundable. Understandably, buyers were given the opportunity to agree with the terms and conditions upon deciding to buy an item. Further, payments are refundable ONLY IF unavailability of stock is confirmed. Buyers will be given the option to choose other item or full refund of payment upon successful validation of rationale.
Delivery
CgeNa has the right to decline any request regarding malfunctions and damage to product upon successful delivery and acceptance. Before delivery, all necessary inspection and verification will be made to the item ensuring its perfect condition, agreed upon by the supplier, courier and CgeNa management. It is strongly advised to open the package and verify the item's condition upon receipt as CgeNa will not be liable for any damages observed once courier has left the area.
However, any damage resulting to hardware and software malfunction will be covered by the warranty provided by the manufacturer. On the other hand, any physical damage acquired while on the delivery process will then be handled and taken cared of by the courier.
Delivery takes 2-3 days after successful payment confirmation. CgeNa will be responsible in shipping your item FREE OF CHARGE through WWWExpress (except locations categorized by WWWExpress as Out of Service Area or OSA). Items found to be broken with the courier's presence, shall be replaced with the same model and are still free of charge.
The reference number is necessary in order verify record and feed customers information about the shipping status. It is not possible however to track the exact location as to where the product is on a specifically inquired time. You can either call CgeNa office or WWWExpress to inquire about the status of delivery.
CgeNa serves the right to alter or modify this Agreement at any time in our discretion by posting our amended Agreement in the Site.
